RoboCAD has two ways of putting drawings on paper: printing and plotting. You'll find both of these under the main menu heading OUTPUT. Before you can Print or Plot your drawing, several things need to be set up.
The first is: are you going to print or to plot? Before you can answer this you need to know the difference between a Printer and a Plotter from RoboCAD's point of view.
Now you've got to decide. A general rule is: whenever you can, use plot. Using Plot is generally quicker and gives better quality output. Also using Plot gives you color plotting capability. If you can't Plot and need color printing, you must use Print-a-plot.
Three things need to be set up in order to print or plot successfully.
Once you have checked this set up, you may then want to look at Troubleshooting.
